There are a lot of pretenders vying for the late King of Pop’s throne, but
Bruno Mars is probably the one who deserves to succeed MJ the most.
While Bruno might not have the moves of Chris Brown, his attention to detail as a musician trumps Chris’ ability to moonwalk and crotch grab easily.
Dressed in a ’70s-style leisure suit, Bruno rocked the stage at the Billboard Music Awards in his juiced-up curly fro and his dangerously unbuttoned collar shirt. He performed “Treasure,” the latest single from his sophomore album
Unorthodox Jukebox.
It honestly looked like a 2013 remake of Michael’s debut video “Rock With You.” The disco ball, the swag and the mean ol’ two-step were all intact. Feel that beat and Bruno can rock the boogie!
