Kerry Washington Does It All: Watch Her Sing "A Whole New World" With Jordin Sparks! Aug 13th 2013, 14:21, by Justine Browning Kerry Washington may be known for having a TV and film career that’s on fire but she may also have a future in music. The actress attended the 2013 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday and during a backstage interview with Jordan Sparks for “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest,” she burst into song and proved she has some serious chops. It all started when Sparks asked the 36-year-old what her favorite karaoke song is. “I gotta say it’s really corny. It’s like any Disney song,” the “Scandal” star confessed. “You are [a girl] after my own heart,” Sparks enthusiastically responded.  “Oh my gosh, can we sing one together?” The two then sang their own rendition of the famed “Aladdin” song, “A Whole New World.” If you want another reason to lovingly hate Washington, watch the clip below:
